ART ON DISPLAY, LLC CANNOT GUARANTEE HOW LONG BALLOONS WILL LAST AFTER DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY BALLOONS THAT GET POPPED, STOLEN, LOST, DAMAGED, OR RELEASED AFTER SERVICES ARE COMPLETE. IF WE DAMAGE ANY BALLOONS, THEY WILL BE REPLACED FREE OF CHARGE. IF A REPLACEMENT IS NOT READILY AVAILABLE, A PARTIAL REFUND WILL BE ISSUED AT ART ON DISPLAY, LLC'S DISCRETION.

A 50% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED UPON CONFIRMATION OF YOUR EVENT TO HOLD YOUR DATE AND TIME SLOT. REMAINING BALANCES MUST BE PAID NO LATER THAN 14 DAYS BEFORE YOUR EVENT. IF YOUR EVENT IS CANCELLED, YOUR DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF YOUR DELIVERY DATE. IF YOUR EVENT NEEDS TO BE RESCHEDULED, PLEASE CONTACT US TO MAKE SURE YOUR NEW DATE AND TIME ARE AVAILABLE. YOUR DEPOSIT CAN BE HELD FOR 30 DAYS AS A CREDIT FOR THE NEW DATE EVENT IF YOUR TOTAL COST IS OVER $1000. ANY CANCELLATIONS MADE THE DAY OF DELIVERY OR WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY WILL INCUR A LOSS OF BUSINESS FEE AMOUNTING TO YOUR TOTAL INSTALLATION COST. ART ON DISPLAY, LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS, DAMAGES, OR INJURIES INVOLVING BALLOONS INSTALLED BY ART ON DISPLAY, LLC.
